4 weeks, 28 days, 8 weight training workouts (with us) and an easy to follow eating plan tailored for you.

This programme will come with a tailored training programme for an extra 1, 2 or 3 training sessions which you will do on your own in addition to the 2 sessions you do with us, based on your schedule and lifestyle, we will make it as doable for you as possible.
